I think there should be a YT rank on the server to drive youtubers and players to the server and this link: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/betternick-api-nick-plugin-1-8-3-1-12-2.39633/ makes it so they can change their skin and nickname so they don't get targeted, and i think the sub limit should be 125 subs so you can get more youtubers and drive more people to the server, and i think the yt rank should have the same kits as Executive because they have helped the server and such.
