Spoiler: Commands GENERAL COMMANDS /help - displays a list of commands with a general description of what they do. /spawn - teleports you to spawn. /sethome - sets your home where you stand. /home - teleports you to your /sethome location. /warp (warp) - teleports you to a warp set by a donator. /message (player) - sends a private message to the selected user. /tpa (player) - send a teleport request to selected user. /tpadeny - denies teleport request. /tpaaccept - accepts teleport request. /tp (player) - teleports you to selected user. Bypasses request. /tptoggle - toggle availability of teleportation. (recommended) /server (server name) - leave survival and connect to a different server within Minetime. /hub - leave survival and connect to Minetime's hub. /vote - show the vote links in-game. /rewards - available keys. ALIASES /message (player) - /r, /msg, /tell, /t, /w, /whisper, /m, and /message /ud - /u, /undisguise, /und RANKS /d (entity) - disguise as selected entity. /d list - displays a list of all available entities that you can disguise as. /ud - remove the disguise from your character. /setwarp (warp) - set warp with custom name at your player's location. /kit (kit name) - receive a bunch of items. /heal - fill your health and hunger bar. /feed - fill your hunger bar. Spoiler: Shops CREATE Step 1 - create or buy a chest and sign. Step 2 - place a chest on the ground. Step 3 - place a sign above the recently placed chest. Step 4 - fill out the sign with the following format: Line 1 - Your username (this can be left blank) Line 2 - Quantity of item (number) Line 3 - The cost of the item (B (number)) or (S (number)) Line 4 - The item name or ID Spoiler: Example (Buy) Example (Buy): Notch 1 B 200 Dirt - You will lose a piece of dirt but receive $200 - Notice the "B" before 200. Important! Spoiler: Example (Sell) Example (Sell): Notch 1 S 180 Dirt - You will gain a piece of dirt but lose $180 - Notice the "S" before 180. Important! Spoiler: Example (Both) Example (Sell): Notch 1 S 180:B 200 Dirt - Now players can both buy and sell from your shop! - Make sure the buy price is higher than the sell or else they can take your money. REMOVE To destroy your shop remove the sign first. Check your chest before destroying it. If it has stuff in it you may want to properly transport the items. If it's empty, destroy the chest. To destroy someone else's chest first claim the land the shop is on. Then, destroy the sign. You should now have access to the chest. Destroy it, keep the contents, or make your own shop. This feature has been added to reduce the amount of random/useless shops throughout the server's map. TIPS * Don't create a shop in the resource world. Because the resource world is reset every time the server restarts, your shop would be destroyed in the process. * Make sure your chests are claimed. If not someone could have the ability to remove the shop or steal the items out of the shop. * Use a warp to increase traffic to your shop(s). If you're a donator, use the "/setwarp" feature. If you don't have a rank or has a rank that doesn't have access to the command, nicely ask someone with access to set one for you. Don't spam request. Don't spam advertise your shop. * Don't know the ID of an item? Wanting to sell enchanted thing? No problem! Hold the item and run "/iteminfo" - use that ID on your shop. Spoiler: Claims CREATING Claims Step 1 - make sure the land you're on isn't already claimed. You can achieve this by right-clicking the ground with a stick. Step 2 - run the command "/kit protect" to receive the land-claiming item (a golden shovel) Step 3 - Right-click two opposite sides of your house's plot. Sub-claims Step 1 - make sure the land you're on is claimed. See "Claims" above if it's not. Step 2 - run the command "/subdivideclaims" Step 3 - claim land like you would for a normal claim. DELETING Stand in the claim you wish to delete and run "/abandonclaim" If you want to delete all of your claims, run "/abandonallclaims" MANAGING /trust (player) - give specified player access to build on your claim. Does contain chest access. /permissiontrust (player) - give specified player access to manage your claim's permissions. But not build or chest access. /containertrust (player) - give specified player access to any chest on your claim. But not build. /trustlist - view a list of trusted players in the claim you're standing on. /claimslist - view a list of claims you've made. (claim blocks used) (world)(coordinates) TIPS * It's best to not make your build near spawn as it could fall victim to terrain grief. * Once you've created a claim or subdivideclaim right-click your house with a stick. If it says it's claimed by you then you've done it properly. If not, repeat. * Claims display as golden blocks and glowstone. (These are just highlighters for the edges of your claim -- they can't be mined) * Sub-claims display as iron and wool blocks. (These are just highlighters for the edges of your claim -- they can't be mined) * Permissions in a sub-claim don't affect permissions in the main claim. This is useful for creating towns. Spoiler: Chat COLOR Normal chat -- Hi (Hi) Red chat -- &cHi (Hi) Multi-colored chat -- &cH&di (Hi) A list of colors can be found here. Special formats (magic, strikethrough, bold, etc) have been disabled to prevent chat abuse. COMMON PROBLEM If you're getting the "Can't send chat message" error or the chat isn't showing at all, open the game menu (escape), click options, click multiplayer settings, then set "Chat" to "Shown" Spoiler: Worlds RESOURCE Description: the world used for gathering general resources. Things to note: this world will reset every time the server restarts. Don't build things on it! It'll get deleted! Location: /warp resource HARDCORE Description: the PVP world for survival. Things to note: you will lose your items if you die here. Location: /warp hardcore BUILD Description: the main build world. Things to note: you must claim land to begin building. Use the resource world if you're just starting. Location: /warp build BUILD ONE Description: a backup for the main build world. Things to note: you must claim land to begin building. Use the resource world if you're just starting. Location: /warp build1 BUILD TWO Description: another backup for the main build world. Things to note: you must claim land to begin building. Use the resource world if you're just starting. Location: /warp build2 Spoiler: MobArena JOINING /ma join (arena) - join an arena to battle in. Available arena1 (/ma join arena1) arena2 (/ma join arena2) arena3 (/ma join arena3) arena4 (/ma join arena4) Select a kit to fight with. Available Chemist Archer Defense Offense LEAVING /ma leave - leave the arena. TIPS * The longer you stay alive the more items you'll receive and better items you'll earn! * There's a boss! It's difficult so team up! * The arenas has no time or wave limit. You can play it in as long as you survive. Keep it fair and fun for others - don't camp! Spoiler: Voting VOTING Vote link 1 Vote link 2 Step 1. Enter your username. Step 2. Complete the human authentication. Step 3. Click "Vote" /vote - show the vote links in-game. /rewards - shows all available keys. Voting helps bring in new players! Every vote counts. To show our appreciation, every vote will guarantee you some sort of a reward on every server within Minetime. CRATES This is a new feature! 1/5 chance - Common Crate 1/25 chance - Lucky Crate 1/125 chance - Exceptional Crate Right click the crate to obtain your rewards. (You must win a key!) Left click the crate to view the rewards. Spoiler: Rules NETWORK All rules apply. View the official rules thread here. SURVIVAL Griefing -- the act of intentionally destroying blocks to make a build look bad. This includes blocks around the build. This is prohibited on Minetime survival and will result in a temporary ban. Scamming -- Minetime doesn't involve itself in transactions it doesn't oversee. Please make sure you trust the players with whom you interact. It should be noted that some actions that could be considered trickery are still prohibited. In summary, scamming is allowed as long as it doesn't involve real currency. REPORTING Step 1. create a forums account. Step 2. read over the report format. If you don't use it properly, your report will be denied. Step 3. create a new thread in the section "Player Reports" Step 4. be patient. Staff are sometimes busy and may not get to your report right away. * Report must contain valid proof. Don't crop or manipulate your evidence. To get evidence take a screenshot in-game of the player breaking the rules. (F2 on your keyboard by default) * If you're using A-M0D or any client capable of creating fake chat your report will automatically be denied. Spoiler: Features ADDED Disguise - disguising is back! In an effort to make survival more like real survival the features that allowed users to spawn in items were removed. Why can't I fly? In an effort to make survival more like real survival we've removed fly. Why can't I open my chests or mine stuff? You're most likely in the resource world. You can't mine diamonds, gold, emerald, and you can't open chests. (Why?) I lost my stuff? You most likely died in the hardcore world. Makes it a little easier. Also, you should probably add, for the 3rd line B[number]:S[number] for a buy/sell sign. Maybe include how to buy and sell items to a shop, I know it takes some people a while to figure out how to sell items. Kewlio!

That's the spawn of the server. Then there's multiple portals that go to different worlds that do different things: hardcore, build, alternate 1, alternate 2, and resource. View the spoiler "Worlds" for more information on each of them.
