Some staff are not Able to Help then there are some that really help such as Soolpee And others But different People should be switch out Collin should have a pull Who should be demoted and Who should stay for the greater good.

Rescently, MR9 has changed and started helping players on Survival from what I saw. The reason why he doesn't really answer on Prison is that he might be AFK or might be farming.
Just FYI, Minetime Build Team doesn't moderate Minetime servers, nor do they have any special permissions. The Build Team rank is merely a prefix to show who is a build team member.
That is anyone's guess. I would imagine this year sometime. I will bring it up to Collin and see what he thinks about the whole process. Opening staff applications is quite time consuming, so if we were to open them this year, my guess would be in the summer break.
The point is, he is too busy building up a strategy to get the baltop on every server, and practically is too busy doing that. Which makes him not answer practically anyone's needs. I honestly don't think he is putting too much effort into MineTime as a staff, just as a normal player. Every time I ask him something in survival, either he is too busy with his shop and farming or he is just sitting there AFK.

Half of the staff that have been promoted to helper don't play. Around 5 helpers got demoted. I barely see helpers on. I think recruiting new staff wouldn't be a good idea.
There are some helpers online, the problem is that they don't spread. For example, some are on factions, survival and creative. In the other servers like prison, skywars and infection its pretty rare to find a staff member online.
I tend to see staff on skywars quite often Different timezones means different staff on at different times. Staff I've seen on skywars is @BerryBoxie, @Kyle, @Sooplie, @Shelby, @Thrawt, @Kevin, @Petty104 and occasionally @Kyleep and @Tyler
I agree with your statement to an extent, however I don't find this a major concern as a server like infection don't really attract many players. Usually only ever peaking to around 50-60 players at any one time. Also, as a staff member my self (helper), I personally don't come across any problems with the chat. As for the prison server, I find this my favorite server and therefore this is where I spend most of my time. Not including recently though as I've been very busy with school work. Nonetheless, thank you for bringing this point up and in the future when it comes down to staff selection, hopefully this can be taken into more consideration.
