Like most other people who have already applied, I have the three basic traits; Maturity, helpfulness and knowledge of the server. I do not think that I am better than other people who applied, however, I would love to claim this position. I maintain good relationships with the players on the server as well as the staff members, I have never been known to be disrespectful, toxic or rude. I have also held an important position in this server as the Head Builder for a while, and carried on to make many great maps with the team, this position requires a great amount of trustworthiness and management skill which I proudly have. I am currently the only member in the team though, and I would like to remain in the team even if I make it as a helper. My management skill is due to my real-life practices. I am 23 years of age and I work as an industrial manager at a respectful company, and I like spending some of my leisure time on building. I am not a very achieved person but I sure do make my best, and I will make my best for minetime, even if I don't get accepted, I will continue helping by making maps for the server. Support. Try to be a bit more active. Get 2FA enabled (this is required to be a staff member). I like your application. Usually, people who don't have 2FA enabled (or doesn't know what it is in that matter) just says "Yes" but I can tell you were very honest in this application. Also, I like your vocabulary, it stands out from others (even though you're 24 years old). I understand that you're working as an industrial manager, but I would suggest getting the forums on your phone and take it with you. Maybe on your breaks, you can maybe check up on the forums a bit, reply to some people, you know... get to know the community better. I wish you the best of luck
Hello! Thanks sookarook, I really appreciate the feedback. I have decided to enable 2FA once I figure out how to do it, it needs my phone and I'm currently charging it so I guess I will be doing it later tonight. As for the second point I am actually quite active! I check the forums about every 15 minutes, I mean look at my message counter hahaha.
