Hi minetimers and staff, I am here today just to see if people really like the Skyblock spawn in my opinion I do not like it very much. I think it has a lack of design and it is not very appealing. The pvp arena is also not good ( not to disrespect anyone who built it) I also think the shop could be a bit better. Alot of the warps such as /warp pvptut and /warp help. Which should be still there to help new players with skyblock. I was thinking minetime should create a new spawn in the next update. Please tell me what you think about this. Have fun as always, Luke
Probaly every time you die you respawn where you were or close to. Example: I died in my own island, I should respawn at my own island.
@bobboucjr can you please remove the Badspelling rating you gave me because I think it is unnecessary.
I would like it is the shop was bigger and it had ever item in the game. I also think the /warp pvp could be bigger and int he arena it could have areas to hide or to climb and jump kill, or something. Example: On the survival or factions server there is a pvp dome and it has a underground bit for players to sneak kill players.
I built a new spawn for skyblock but to add it in, the server will probably need to reset. Also, Collin said he likes the spawn now and I don't know why because it's a pile of poo!
Surely Collin could just close skyblock for a few days and (when the helpers have been revealed) get a build team to redo the spawn area, without getting rid of anyone's island?
People are making a big deal about redoing spawn. Honestly shouldn't be hard at all to just lock it for a few days, just as you said. The current one is just a mess and there seems to be no theme in color or design.
I can easily build a new spawn. I am a minetime builder and i have built a new skyblock spawn before but, for some reason collin doesnt want a new spawn. Also, I don't think would want to op a load of builders on skyblock. Eventhough all builders are trustworthy, one, just one might go and grief islands, steal items or anything. Also, building the spawn on the build server would mean that the server would need to be reset to add in, which might be the case if this hacker isn't found.
Well, I think you should select a small number of trusted builders, close the server for a few days (to avoid a reset), and build on the Skyblock server. But, if all else fails, go right on ahead and resetting and rebuilding. I can provide more info on the hacker.
