It doesn't. I mean, that's what you get every time you download optifine.

    It's basically a one-click download.

I have OptiFine, you just go to https://optifine.net/downloads. Then, next to the latest one it will say download & mirror. You need to click the download one. Then it should take you to adfly, once you get through adfly, there should be a box full of ads, in the centre it will have a link with the name of the OptiFine version on it. Click that, then it will start downloading. Once it is done, put it on your desktop. Then right-click & choose "open with", then choose to open it with java. It will ask you if you want to install OptiFine, click yes & it will start installing. Then when you open up Minecraft, there will be a new profile on it called "OptiFine", you can either choose that or just change your version to OptiFine. ;)

Is it possible to use Optifine and a hacked client at the same time?

@PlatinumDefend3 , you could get a plugin manager that connects both. I had it before. It was really tricky. If you know Keralis, he also has it. He binds his mods. Anyways, hope you can get it to work with a hacked client. ;)
