    Rule broken/wrongdoing:said he was gonna give me 400 for my bow then killed me and took it after he did that he flew onto some buildings so i couldnt kill him.

    Client name: most likley Wurst
    Additional details    :he also has the rank VIP. i dont know if that allows him to fly or not but since i am admin and i cant fly i dont think it does
