You can enchant with an anvil and the enchantment books or use Too Many Items if you want really high enchantments like 127
Too many items mod don't work anymore for 1.7.2 I just figure it out so even if you download too many items mod it will not work try and forge also don't work it will mainly just kick you out of the server or say it could not be downloaded try other hacked clients like NODUS or others
/op people just do this First get a item second type /enchant or yjust do /enchant all so you get like lvl 1000 on you're item in hand ( ALL enchants )
