You are responsible for the security of your account. Therefore I seriously doubt your friend will get unmuted. Plus if they unmuted people who broke rules when "their account was hacked" it can be exploited by rule-breakers.
Minetime is not responsible for the security of your account. Or any actions you or anther user do on it. He will not be unmuted.
