Lag in skyblock with various players

The MT staff is working on a "secret project", once their done with that, they'll fix the levels on Infection. Then once their done with that they'll take care of the lag on Skyblock. Just gotta be patient...

 

I don't have much lag on skyblock.

 

The lag is supposively caused by the Survival and Creative servers taking up all of the allotted CPU from the other servers. This was said by an unnamed Helper as I had forgotten his/her name.

Skyblock is very laggy indeed to every player. This is a result of all abandoned islands making the world bigger and bigger. A few days ago Collin went on the server and tried removing these islands. Yet it didn't go so well. The skyblock world is 89GB and that is just huge if you didn't know. There are a few ways to fix it one of them being to just reset the Skyblock world & server which might happen soon. If you have any questions feel free to ask me I am usually on the Skyblock server 3-4 hours a day. Thank you for your time.

Would it be a complete reset? Money and all?

 

IDC,spent 5 weeks on meh island

 

Everything from money to islands would reset. You would still have all your donation ranks and special purchases.

 

I've invested six months and I would be happy to see a reset happen.

If you do reset Skyblock, over half the people that play on their will quit, including me. I've spent a year working there, right now I'm the richest person that plays, being in the #3 richest. I think, if you reset it the advanced players (ones with 50k or more) should get a refund of their money, that's just not fair. I'd rather have lag than lose my ALL my money.

You would like one cause you have like 2k, and how have u spent 6 weeks on your island?!! My island has over 30K put into it.

 

I agree with you. I have been working on my island and collecting beacons, so if it reset I would lose 25k plus my 10k.

 

It's like you didn't even read my post. -_- I said six months. I currently have about $34.5k. Why would you be refunded money? You didn't buy anything. You donated money to the server and Collin gave you something for donation.

Demanding a refund wouldn't work. If you wanted to get your money, you'd have to do a chargeback, which would get you perma-banned. And I don't know too much about chargebacks, but I'm sure you have to do it in an allotted amount of time.

Question: Did you even pay for your rank or did you parents do it for you?

Sry, its been a rough day for me , all I'm saying is, I think they should refund the advanced players. We did spend a lot of time and effort working towards getting money. And the new island I'm thinking of making is going to be pricy. That's all, thnx.

 

He's talking about getting his IGM back after the reset, if it happened, not getting a refund for ranks or extras.

 

It is back, and no there will not be a new spawn from what I know.
