    This is a reoccurring bug. I don't know why it happens only on survival and creative.

    I lose my extra on creative every time this happens. Can you find a way to stop this from happening ever again?

    It could be because you have to many plugins on both servers. Did you try shutting down those two server's for a day?

    Sorry, I don't check Mojang's website much. I was thinking that their was a new EULA update where Notch says "I am gonna be a complete troll here. I am now forbidding the use of ranks on servers.".

    I appear to have lost my Creative Commands package on the server. Could one of the staff reinstate it please.

    This has happened to me multiple times, you have to email [email protected] and then she will give you it back.
