Sometimes people play on the prison server and don't know what to do. Here is my guide to prison for newbies.
    1. You got to rank up to be successful in prison.
    2. Clear your enderchest up and sell your junk like cobble, netherrack, etc.
    3. Always use warps. It is much safer than going though pvp areas.
    4. Rank warp by doing /warp rank and you will find signs you can right click once you have enough money to rank up.
    5. Steal whenever you can. Check burning furnaces for ores or even diamond ore.
    6. Before you go pvping, put your diamonds emeralds or any other valuables in your enderchest.
    7. Do not pvp. There is something called pvp timer and it protects you until you hit somebody.
    8. Never ever mess with guys in enchanted diamond armor that have over powered stuff.( unless you have good armor that you are wearing.
    9. Do /vote and click on the links to vote for money and other stuff.

Good post, i do suggest that if you are new to the server you follow most of this advice, though i thought the pvp timer just protected you for a half hour, but i don't know.

    3. Always use warps - Yes I wish they would tell you that
    /warp enchant
    /warp shop
    /spawn
    /warp d-mine
    /warp d-treefarm
(As you level up you earn more, so /warp c-mine etc.)
