I wanna clear this up on chargebacks. Let's say there's a rank/package discount. I am currently admin which cost me 105$
Let's say the discount offers it for a total price of 75$
If i preform a chargeback and rebuy admin for that price of 75$ which is an atempt to save money, will I still be banned?

This will be a list of formal rules about mutes, bans, and kicks. There will also be a miscellaneous section about questions that are often asked by new players, but aren’t really rules.

These activities warrant a temporary ban:
-Griefing (Applies to Skyblock and Survival only): You can get griefers temporarily banned for griefing by providing proof (picture or video), but the person has to be visibly griefing. (A griefer is a player who deliberately irritates and harasses other players within the game, using aspects of the game in unintended ways.)
-Bullying: It must be confirmed by a staff member.
-Spamming: Usually, we only mute people for spam. The only time this usually happens is when you fill up the whole chat, in turn annoying a staff member.

These activities warrant a permanent ban:
-Payment Chargeback: If you don’t know what this is, ask your parents.
-Advertising other servers: This rule goes under common sense. No server owner would want people advertising other servers on their server, so please refrain from doing so.
-Launching DDoS attacks or threats towards others: This is usually only an issue on the Factions server.

These activities warrant a temporary mute:
-Profanity: There are many young people who play on the server. It’s not right for those who don’t know swears or those who don’t like to read/see it to have to see it. (profanity as in obscene language)
-Spamming: Spam is never a good thing. Hopefully you all know what spamming is.
-Bullying: It must be confirmed by a staff member.

These activities warrant being kicked from a server (kicking just means that you’ll be forced offline, but you can get back on right away):
-Firework spamming
-Standing in front of a staff member who is trying to fix/build something important

Miscellaneous:
-Using modified clients ("hacking") is allowed. Please don’t ask us how to do this. If you really want to know how to "hack", you’ll have to figure it out on your own.
-Scamming is technically allowed. You shouldn’t scam for real life money or ranks, but it’s still done. Unless payments are overseen by us, we don’t deal with them.
-Do not ask owners for free ranks or items. They will not be given to you.
-Helper/Moderator/Builder applications: Helper/Moderator applications are not currently being accepted. We will eventually be putting up Helper/Moderator applications on the forums. You can put pictures of your builds in a thread for us to look at.
-If a player is really annoying you, there’s always the choice of the “ignore” command.
-Unless the owners say it themselves, then there’s always a chance of receiving false information.
-"[Admin]" is not a staff rank on our server, and it never will be. The main people you should get help from would be helpers, moderators, and owners.
-Inappropriate plots on creative can be reported and deleted (by an owner).
-/me has been taken away from all servers, and /kick has been taken away from creative
-Owners/Co-owners formally announced: CollinPotato, thegamerfreak98, MinetimeSupport

There are always exceptions to the rules above. (If you get kicked, muted, or banned for none of the reasons above, then there must have been a very good reason.)

Sebo, I Truly don't like the photo it looks like were griefing it when we are actually fixing it, I had people message me online asking if I was griefing because of this photo, I was holding a bucket because I was getting rid of the lava @sebo4000

Launching fireworks that are lag items such as a lot of explosions I belive (I spelled it wrong sorry) will make even more lag depending how much explosions there is.

Well advertising is allowed unless you are advertising another server which is why there is no .s like gotpvp.com
then thats a perm ban. It's ok to do .s in the end of sentences.

If you read what Emily said up there, you would know. Scamming is allowed but you should not scam in real life money or ranks, as these are a bannable offence.
