Due to multiple threads being posted about the same things, I have decided to make this thread to answer frequently asked questions.

Q: Are modified clients permitted? Yes, as long as it does not harm the server or players. An example of a modified client that is prohibited is one that can create crash items.

Q: Is scamming allowed? Yes, scamming is allowed, unless it involves taking another persons money, in real life money, and not giving them the reward promise. Scamming in this way will result in a ban. Remember proof is needed or no action will be taken.

Q: What happens if I see a bug? If you encounter a bug in the server or the forums open a support ticket straight away to ensure you get the best attention. If caught exploiting game breaking bugs, you risk a permanent ban.

Q: Can I/how can I become a helper/moderator? Helper Applications are currently open. If you are accepted, you will start off as a helper and if you are good enough, you will be promoted to moderator.

Q: How can I get WorldEdit on creative? You can get WorldEdit on creative by voting, which will allow you to use it for 24 hours, or becoming a Timeless because timeless has access to the WorldEdit command.

What are the main things that can get a player banned? You can view a list of rules by clicking HERE.

I have a problem with my rank purchase. You need to open a support ticket with the billing department. Don’t post threads on the forums as the response will be to open a support ticket.

Who is OP on the servers? The only OP members that have gamemode 1 on all servers are CypriotMerkz (CypriotMerks), Noobcrew, Pile_of_Butts (Pile), Matthew (JustMatt), Brandon (xBMAN). No other Minetime members currently have OP.

Is “Admin” a staff rank? The rank you see in-game with the blue tag is a donor rank. Staff Administrator ranks will look like this:

[Administrator]
