Ashy1095's Helper Application Little bit about myself Hello! My real first name is Ashton, and I'm sixteen years old. I'm currently living in Melbourne, Australia. I love playing Minecraft and was one of my favourite games! Minetime was the first server I came across to. I may have been rude in the past, but now I have changed. My friend Dennis introduced me to this amazing game, we played Minecraft Pocket Editon at first but then my parents thought that it will be better if I play it on the desktop. Once I got Minecraft on the desktop I was so into it, I used to always play singleplayer, I would make Youtube videos about my worlds and tutorials (They were cringe). Anyways, there was a feature called multiplayer, it sounded pretty cool so I started browsing the servers online. Minetime was the first server I came across to. I entered in the IP, and joined the server. I instantly fell in love with the server, Infected was the first mini game I played and I played in the server ever since. English, Chinese (mandarin) and Cantonese. Do you have 2FA enabled? Yes. Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence? (i.e recording software, screenshots, etc) Yes. I have Bandicam and Obs for screen recording, and Imgur for capturing screenshots. Why do you think you should be a helper? I think I have been a trusted member in this community, also the server. I have seen a lot of issues with players in the past, and I did not care. But now I have changed my mind. Since I can speak three languages, I can help new members that can't speak the language we speak. I can translate them into English if you need me to and also for players. I also can help comfort new members to the server and forums. I can help solve issues between players, such as scamming (Which is allowed) by giving my things to them if they'd like. I would help people who are down, and try make them feel happy. I would give timeouts to people who disobeys the rules and also, bullying. I'm very active on forums, so I can help answer questions for those people who are confused on a specific subject. I will visit every server (Mostly Factions and OP, because that's where most of the complaints are) and help people's problems. I can help explain on the forums to people that don't understand the rules (Especially when people complain about hack even though there are allowed). If someone would ask me: 'How do you play factions?' I would be very happy to help them and understand the concept of the game. I have never asked for to be staff, I haven't broken any rules on Minetime, I don't misbehave, and I would never abuse my staff privileges. My Traits Respect I will respect every member of this community. I won't insult or offence, and accepting people's differences. Honesty I will be honest in every way, even the mistakes I would make on this server. I know it hurts sometimes when being honest, but I will be honest no matter what. Active I will be active on the server, on Saturdays and Sunday's. But I will be online everyday on the forums! Loyalty I'm 100% committed to Minetime and the past 2 years. When I feel down or bored, this server will always be the place where it cheers me up. Welcoming When new members join our community, I'm more than happy to comfort and welcome them. In this way, the members feel like home. Cooperative I'm willing to help any staff who need help, I can help to build things for players (Small things e.g Building a pool). Fair I'm fair with anything in this community, I won't be biased to anyone and will treat everyone with the same respect. Forgiving I'm forgive players no matter what, for example: A person swearing/cussing at someone, but then later apologized. I can forgive them for that, even though they won't apologize I will still forgive them no matter what. Familiar I have created a small server before, therefore I know some commands. E.g /kick /tempban /ban. Flexibility I can still access to chat, even when I'm away from my PC. I use this app called Minechat and allows you to access to the chat and allows you to do commands. If I do become a Helper, it would be fantastic. I won't go and start and brag that I'm a Helper, I would say to my self 'Well, it's time for work!'. I would feel privileged if I was a Helper. How long can you be active on the server everyday? Currently, I can't go on weekdays due to my massive project. But I can go on weekends. Saturday 5pm-6:30pm Sunday 1pm-3pm How long have you played on Minetime? I have been playing Minetime since March 2013. So that's 3 years. Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game) No I haven't been banned, but I have been warned before for Caps. Do you have any past experiences as a moderator/helper? No, I haven't but I'm looking forward to the experience and making new friends! Other Information I have Skype, and have a YouTube Channel (SPARK).
