There has been an increase of "Best person" threads and award threads. These are fun threads and all, but there are over 8,000 users on the forums. A lot of them are just people that want to play the server, and don't have the chance to be heard. These threads make most people fell left out, forgotten, or just not important. It often ruins my day when I see that my friends don't even mention me in these type of threads, and I bet most people feel the same way too. Everyone is important, no one deserves to be left out, or feel like they aren't important. So I would like to ask the Minetime community to stop making these threads. Though such threads make for good tabloid reading (like those "I am leaving forever please say something bs to boost my ego" threads) your point about thinking of how other forum visitors feel is spot on. They should be allowed to make these kind of threads as long as they are in the correct section. People should be able to be praised by other members in a thread like this, and the lesser-known members can work their way up to the top like we all did. I don't think you should feel bad about not being on any of them because all they are are people's opinions. Obviously, you have friends above
Hehe I love messing with quotes... :3 Anyways, I agree with you here. Me and @PlatinumDefend3 have gotten our threads locked already, and I see what you mean about being left out. Everyone on here offers something to the community in some way and has a special quality, so making them feel left out can hurt their feelings. Hopefully, no more of these threads will be made. I will not partake in them either.
