What this basically means is that the server cannot be "pay-to-win" which means that we cannot have kits that we pay for with irl money as an advantage. Without following this rule, Minetime will be in risk of becoming blacklisted. An employee from Mojang decided to email servers telling them that they have to comply with the EULA or else the server would be blacklisted.
