Hi! I came here to post a thread just for fun. I thought it would be a bit interesting to spice this community a bit so let's go along with it. About this thread: It's not so much to get excited about but I just want to get to know some of you if you're interested. Lately some of my friends have told me that "Music is a reflection of one's personality." Listening to someone's music taste can show you a lot about their personality or their feelings, or sometimes even experience a bit of their memories. It's weird I know, but it's very interesting, so if you wish to be a part of this don't hesitate to contribute! Now for the activity of this thread, I would like to have you post your favorite song from any band or any artist. But before that, here are some of the rules I would like to put up, since rules are what keeps us safe after all. Rules: *You can only post one song (so chose wisely!) if you wish to show more, you can comment below the name of the song(s). *If the song is explicit or contains inappropriate language, please leave a warning. *Please be respectful to other's music taste, this thread is about embracing something people may not even know about you! Hopefully those rules aren't too much, you can leave a little paragraph explaining why you enjoy the song, or connect it to any memory you had wit it. I hope you all get to know each other well and get along! I'll leave an example of mine here: Reason why this is one of my favorite songs is because it gets me hyped up. It's not a song you hear to relax or calm down, but it gives you a good vibe and personally and it makes me feel better from a tiring day.
Empire State Of Mind - Alicia Keys and Jay-Z Kind of old but I like it. EDIT: This song contains an explicit.
I don't have a favourite song because for me, a good song should trigger memories whether they are good or bad memories. Lana Del Ray - Summer time sadness triggers a memory where everything in my life gradually fell apart in my head. Mako - Our Story also triggers childhood memories and how life is so much fun back then when you are young. EDIT: idc about the 1 song rule c:
The song is just amazing! It's nice to know that Paul was the one and only, The last ride [Fast and Furious 7] wasn't that same without Paul. Charlie & Wiz did it good!
Ok, I literally had to go on my phone to get all the songs so here it goes- Want u back - Cher Lloyd Mean - Taylor Swift Shake it off - Taylor Swift Am I Wrong - Nico & Vinz Heart Attack - Demi Lovato Hideaway - Kiesza Tonight Tonight - Hot Chelle Rae Uptown Funk - Mark Ronson/ Bruno Mars Wow.... I may have a problem
I love the song "Unravel" by TK. For fellow anime lovers you would recognise it as the theme song for Tokyo Ghoul. I love this song purely because it never fails to either cheer me up or get me pumped. I've downloaded the original, acoustic, female version, two English covers and one Japanese cover onto my phone because I can't get enough of it. It's also the first Japanese song that I fully learnt! The original will get you pumped, the acoustic will make you relax (or sad!) and the many other versions will give you many emotions.
