When they say, don't bump 'old' threads, some will be like "how in the world is this even old?". Then the staff starts locking these threads because it is 'old' but, how old do you define as old? That's a question for you guys to think about if you're free. I agree that the staff should lock threads that are going off-topic but locking threads because someone posted on a thread that the staff view as 'old'? That just doesn't even makes sense. All I'm trying to project to you guys is that I think that staff shouldn't lock 'old' threads just because someone posted on it. I also don't see how bumping 'old' threads is a problem, it might bring new threads down but hey, what's the search button for? Hope you see the light.
What would you do if new threads where at the bottom of the page and 5 year old threads where all over the recent threads page? That's a question to ask yourself. There are a few threads I would like to bump myself!
If new threads are at the bottom of the page, just means that they aren't that popular. But if 5 year old threads are at the top, then just means that they are famous such that people still dig through the pile for them. The hots.
Creeper99 ► Starfletcherhttps://www.minetime.com/threads/ddosing-threat.21019/#post-274502 he brought up the 1v1. Would appreciate it if you changed it. A very good example
You confuse me sometimes. I am talking about the reason why bumping old threads isn't allowed and you link me to a thread that isn't even old.
I'm showing you a way that another can view a new thread besides the search button. 'I also don't see how bumping 'old' threads is a problem, it might bring new threads down but, the search button is a good way to look for threads.' @CollinPotato
Lets cut to the chase, what's your point? That you can view other threads by adding a link and not just searching them up. You really needed to make a thread on it?

Here, bolded, Italic and underlined But you can't do anything about it so forget it, only the staff can
You got it all wrong, nothing in the internet dies. Its forever there, just like how I'm typing this. Even if it's removed, there are ways but that't not the point.
No biggie, i cleared that up with him and he can't edit it since it is locked. All good. But in fantas and stars defense i don't get the meaning of this thread either... sorry.
The reason threads become 'old' is because people stop posting on them and new threads come along. Like Fantasy said if you post on an old thread it's like digging up a grave.
