I am 14 years of age. I think I should become a helper because I really want to improve Minetime as much as possible and grow the server to the full potential that it should be. I have a lot of experience being a staff member for a variety of Minecraft servers. Some vary from 50 to 200 players. According to many people I know, I am very gifted with solving conflicts and am very approachable! I could apply this skill to solving feuds between players so it does not escalate to forum posts. To be a helper you need to be a good problem solver, be friendly, and know when to give punishments when needed. The most satisfying thing I find in being a staff member is helping people and seeing the amount of appreciation they give back to you and the server. Also, I love contributing to the server in every way I can. I am very respectful and mature. I would be a great contribution to the staff team. Finally, I will continue to help the server out in any way possible even if I don't get accepted. I really think this server has some great potential and could grow to be very big in the future! How long can you be active on the server every day? On the weekdays I will be active for 3 to 5 hours because of football practice. On the weekends I would be active for 5 to 12 hours. How long have you been playing Minetime? I have been playing Minetime for about 2 1/2 years (I know my forum profile says different, I never bothered to make a forum account until a few months ago). The first time I played the server I loved it and have been playing ever since! I know all the rules for Minetime and know most of the people that play on all the servers. I have been VERY active on the forums and Discord the last 3-4 weeks and am improving every day! Have you ever been banned in the past? I have never been banned in-game or on the forums Do you have any past experience as a moderator/helper? I have a lot of experience being a staff member for servers. I have been an admin, moderator, and helper for many servers. I was previously a head moderator for a server with up to 120 players! I think I would make a great addition as a staff member. I think you need to play Minetime for a little longer so you're familiar with Minetime and other users are familiar with you. Few grammatical errors. You're a nice, kind and caring person. Neutral: Your application lacks some detail in "Why do you think you should become a helper?", you can expand more on the points you make in this question Your knowledge of Minetime goes quite far back which is beneficial The hours you state to be active is great although I have only seen you a few times in-game (Possibly because of the timezone) Your past experience would definitely help you as you have had experience in different staff roles

As good as your application is, there's always things to improve upon, such as; You could've said something or anything to introduce yourself. I believe your ''Why do you think you should become helper'' section is lacking detail. Shameless I also think that you should've been on the forums a bit longer before applying, but aside from that your application is actually alright. Neutral, but leaning towards support.
