Since I'm on holidays at the moment I've been trying to make a Minecraft Multiplayer server nothing too big like all the big time servers and nothing like Minetime but also nothing to small I'm looking to at least 50-120 people on it. 50 so my friends and their friends can join and up to 120 if it might get popular which I doubt it. Now yes I have watched many tutorials on youtube but none have given me exactly what I want. I either end up with a server which can hold up to 20 people or a server that doesn't work at all. The only 3 gamemodes on the server I want is survival, Factions and Skywars if possible but starting off with survival and Factions first then moving onto skywars if possible. Like I said this is mainly a server for my friends and their friends but if it does get enough attention then I'll take it a bit further. I want the server to be a Spigot 1.9 or 1.9.2 server either is fine with me. I've asked a few people but no help has been given so I thought maybe some of you chaps could help A full detailed tutorial or even some vid(s) would be helpful or if someone wanted to assist and help me that would be very appreciated. Can you narrow down your post so it's actually a question? All I see is you're making a server for your friends. Once you do this I'd be glad to help

I can hook you up. Also, you can allow 1.8 - 1.10 clients on a server but the server is hosted on 1.8...
Via version. Its a serverside protocol plugin that allows a 1.8 minecraft player to join on 1.10.2 and so on its truly a great plugin.
