    You must have proof and you must use the correct format also this should go in the player reports section.

    Like as amber stated, use the correct format for report a player. Report the player on player report forum section.

    Don't forget to give proof in your report thread.

    Umm your just reporting a player on someone else's report which also I can't see the image and you have used the format incorrectly.
