It's for people who don't know how to navigate. So they have a place to ask for help. Support tickets can be confusing.

Well, that can be the case if they need help with anything worth a support ticket. But if they don't know how a support ticket works, we can explain that in the payment related help forum. For example, if someone lost their rank and they put it in the payment related help section, we tell them to create a support ticket. If they don't know how to, we can explain that in this forum. Another example is if they bought a timeless rank and they're not sure if they should have all of the other kits or not. We can explain to them that they need to buy the actual ranks to get their kits. There are many more examples but I think you get the point. It's not all about just the support tickets. Its just a place to ask for help; and yes, you are correct to a certain extent. Maybe there could be the guide to create a support ticket pinned to the payment related forum to save some trouble of just posting the link in the threads. Edit: Maybe another alternative is to give the players access to Email support again so it doesn't have to be so confusing to them. But since Pile works a full time job during the week, that might be hard for her to do since she can only handle Support Tickets on the weekends.

But with what you said it's not payment related help, it's just a load of post farmers telling people to make a support ticket.
