    Hello,

    I remember having CEO rank some time in the past; currently I have no rank at all.

    The last recorded purchase/donation is dated 23 September 2014, my IGN was Stayen_er_Metuar (current IGN is Stayen).

    Could you please explain whether ranks were dropped at some moment?

    same problem, i opened a support ticket on wednesday and while on the server someone said they would look into it but still hasn't been fixed

    yeah so this server is pretty much dead now and ya probably wont see your rank again

    The server support was discontinued, so you're kinda screwed. Unless you message a staff member like Clara on the discord, who will most probably want to help out.
