What he meant by "donated" was the fact that by terms, we don't have to give you any perks at all. It's not a purchase, you're simply giving money to the server, to keep it running and what not. The perks are optional to give.

You didn't buy a rank, you donated to the server. The rank is given as a thank you. Minetime doesn't have to give you the rank, and as stated in the ToS, they can change the perks at any time. (To Staff: Feel free to add-on to this)
Those with Admin and Timeless ranks still have TONS of perks and advantages that those without ranks don't have. (P.S. RealNickonator, I know you said that staff should add on to what you said, but I thought I should convey this information.)
Be aware, a chargeback won't necessairily guarantee your money back. If you were to say you wanted your money back because /fly was taken away, you'd never your money again or Minetime.
My favorite feature of this game was removed. This is the last straw, I am asking for my money back on my timeless rank. I'm done with this server.
You will not be receiving you're money back unless you have a valid reason. Perk changes (whether that be to stop abuse or to balance things out) won't count towards a valid reason. Just as you donate to charity to keep their operations going, they thank you and give you a soft toy in return. Hopefully you won't turn around and say I want my money back, because you don't like the soft toy. Terms and conditions are a thing.
I really don't like the update because of the map, and the amount of people playing on average. The map is WAY to big and just kindof hard to get around in general. (The only good thing i see is that there are lots of hill to use step hake on and get away from pvp easily.) However, staff, you did an amazing job at building it. Its just that I miss the old map so much... I'm fine with everything else that was updated.
Yeah ever sence the reset I have been on and a lot of less people have been on and admins and timelesses just one shot ppeople and it gets boring.

Quite a nice reset, I will miss /fly but I did find it too easy killing most players, thanks for the reset collin
