   I cannot change my profile picture on the Minetime forums. It just does it's loading thing and that's it. So if there is any possible way you can help me I would be very grateful.

   I had the same problem.
   In the drop-down menu, right-click on "avatar" and click "open in new tab."
   then you can upload a picture :]
