You can now associate your Minecraft account with your forum account! You'll see that I've already done this and it shows drtshock below my profile here with my player's head.

Hover over your name on the top right until the drop down shows up, then click on "Minecraft Association" and go through the steps there. It'll have you put on a skin which will allow us to verify that it is indeed your account. Make a backup of your skin because we don't store it. If you forget to do that then no worries, the patch we add on to your skin does not show up in game. This is compatible with UUIDs so if you change your name (once it's available), it'll update on the site as well.

Awesome job! I have my account associated now. When you click, "Change my Minecraft Skin", does it actually change it to a different skin, or does your current skin remain?

your skin doesn't appear to change, however, it adds some pixels to an unused portion of the skin.

Alright, so the skin doesn't look different. Awesome, and great addition to the website.

it should just take you to minecraft.net where you log in w/ your mc or mojang acct. it'll come up with a page that lets you change your skin. click on "change skin" or something similar.
