I can barely read the screenshot, plus players who are on the hopper part of the basketball hoops are still able to get hit by players. With this type of rule, it'd be best to get video evidence or at least multiple screenshots to show that Koth was going on at the time and to show he stayed there for the whole time. As I've said, video evidence would be of more help.
