I think the staff should be only to reply to treads in the Help From Staff section because help from community is mostly the same thing,
Hi, This question has been brought up many times, however we have many experienced players that are willing to give a detailed answer to basically any question that a player may have. This gives a possible faster response time and can save us time too. Things such as payment issues and other problems out of your reach, you may refer the player to email support ([email protected]).
Staff are part of the community, and I only see them replying when none of the regular players are able to help in any way.
Exactly players with valid knowledgeable answers can answer questions just as good as staff plus it saves staff the effort sometimes as staff aren't always on to answer the question or they themselves may not know.
This may be considered in the future. For now, we're more focused on working on getting the server back together rather than the forums. Thanks for the suggestion!
