What I Like - The amount of time you spent writing this. You've been very thorough and have avoided adding useless filler in. - The traits you've listed. You have listed a variety of traits and explained how you would apply these traits as a staff member. - You've been a player for a few years, and have had a forum account for more than a year, you've been a part of this community for a fair bit of time. What Needs Improvement - Don't bold your answers, it makes it harder to see. - Experience. You haven't really specified previous experience. That being said, when I became a staff member I lacked a lot of experience. Overall Thoughts Support. You've demonstrated that you are a member of the community and have convinced me that you want to be a staff member for more than the perks and title that come with it. Support. You seem like a nice guy, and it's very nice of you treating people equally no matter what race they are. The effort you put into this application shows that you truly want to become a helper. Your traits or personality would qualify of you becoming a helper. It's also useful that you know the plug-in's and command because I believe MT has some people that try to bend their words into making it, "rule friendly". Yes, this might've been a long response just to say that I support your application, but I love typing and I also love giving out reasons. So, again I support.
