So, yall may not like the idea but I think that there should be forum moderators here. I was going through the forums last night and there were a bunch of things I saw that a forums mod could easily handle/fix. This is not meant to hate on the team, I understand how much work a moderator has to do. I just think this would help them out This person would only have forums perms, no in-game perms. They would be able to do most of the things moderators can do, they will just be useful to help keep the forums looking nice and organized.
No, forums moderators would definitely need perms to ban and punish users. That would be the purpose of forums mods, to moderate the forums. This way full mods (and helpers) wouldn't have to completely worry about forums and in-game since there aren't as many of them.
We used to have staff that were only moderators on the forums (such as myself for a period of time, or Megan when she was administrator). However, that was when the forums had more activity than it does now. I'd support this idea if the activity on the forums increases again.
Agreed, I think some people would rather moderate the forums rather than having to moderate the game server as well.
Agreed. It'd be helpful. I never go on in game, so I'd be a perfect fit! But I probably am at the bottom of the list of people they'd promote xD
There's a lot of people on the forums that never go on the game server and only the forums; this would be great for them
Okay, please do not take this as rude or anything. I am just explaining why I think yall need them. I see threads that are locked but never moved to any archive. When I reported them, this is how they got fixed (again nothing against staff I am just saying a forums moderator would have been helpful there). I have seen multiple people post farm and nothing gets done about it. Many people archive thread but do not close them, and many other things. I honestly am not hating on the staff team and please don't take it that way. It is a small team and yall also have in-game to worry about, trust me I understand. I just think having a forums moderator would greatly help the forums and team.
