You forgot about launching DoS attacks. DDoS isn't the only type of denial of service, but I just thought you should add that in there.

If you're not sure what something is then look it up. Google is a good place to search for things, just to let you know.

If you really want to, I guess you can. I don't suggest it though.

You'll have to provide proof, and the longest he'd be banned would be 2 days. Also, only owners and moderators have the power to ban.

Eh, is scamming donor ranks allowed?
Like if i call someone to pay someone incredible amounts of money for a donor rank, but he scams me, is that allowed?

it means denial of service. When someone gets your ip and sends A LOT OF PACKETS to your computer therefore, making the wifi stop working and they can do this for as long as they want..

It does mean Denial of Service (DoS), or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS). If you get attacked with a DoS or DDoS, the attacker(s) flood(s) your internet with packets which uses up all your bandwidth temporarily, therefore disconnecting you from all online services.

Those are not the kind of payments we oversee, so therefore we don't usually do anything about them.
