    Betahack is in my faction and he got 1800000 coins than he click the freeman sign when he already got the rank and he lose 750K. can you bring the money back

    We have insufficient proof of this purchase and it will not be refundable. I really don't understand what you are trying to say here.

    I'm sure that it can't be refunded it is not a bug. Next time he should be careful to click on the correct sign.

    Nobody said that I would free then click on it so it takes me the money, please give me back the 750K I now know not to click on it

    Don't right click the wrong sign next time. It's that players fault and they should appeal next time, not their friend for them.

    It's not a bug... If you're already for example, Freeman, and you click the rankup to Free sign again, 750k will be removed from your balance as if you were to actually rank up.

    It is a bug, not to put you down but I wonder how is being freeman twice not a bug. Your rank doesn't change after you click the sign a second time yet you lose money.

    Yeah totally not a bug.. You are totally supposed to be able to waste all your money by accidently buying a rank you already have..

    It's been going on for so long now and there's been so many reports about it that I think it would've been fixed if it were actually a bug?

    This guy probably isn't going to get a refund; it's his fault he clicked the wrong sign ._.

    I don't mean to start an argument here, and I may be wrong...
