nice you don't apply for staff here, if you want a shot of being staff, try to be helpful and friendly on the forums

Yes if a recall you are more likely to be picked on your actions and how you deal with things and what you say on the forums.
Not really, it's maybe you just need to get good grammar. Anyway I have noticed being on the forum can actually improve your grammar.
We don't take staff applications. Collin, Emily, staff etc. hand-pick people who are good Minetimers in general and how active they are both on the server and forums. Email Emily if you'd like to get more information
We judge everyone on their actions on and off the server. This being said, it doesn't mean you have to have a perfect record (no mutes, bans, ect.), but it certainly does help.
If you're constantly getting banned for profanity or ddosing your probably not getting accepted for staff anytime soon. Just sayin :-/
I started playing minecraft without speaking english. Then I learned the bases of the language and still try to increase it.
I hope we continue to see people trying to be helpful in every way on Minetime, not everyone can and not everyone will become staff
