Hi everyone! I am making this changelog to inform you that we have updated our Ticket System to the latest version. Our previous Ticketing system was last updated in 2014; it was filled with a lot of bugs and other problems. Our owner, @Noobcrew renewed the license for it, so our system is now fully up to date. As a player, you shouldn't experience a significant change in support tickets - but it will definitely allow the Staff to reply more efficiently as the new update patches several bugs like receiving notifications when someone replies to a ticket. You'll also notice that when you now open a ticket, you need to specify a Minecraft username and a server that your issue is related to - this will also help us better process your requests. - The Staff
