Looks pretty good, except I think you meant to put "by" and not "my" in the Rank Commands section. A+
I didn't know that Executive rank could /heal himself. I though that only timeless rank/Commander could /heal.
I wouldn't say "fail". He tried to make a guide to help starters at PvPFest. Also, I think that he should review some commands for donators ranks.
I don't think CEO can fly. I think that is only Admin. I spent the extra for the fly, and from the look of it I can't find the different between CEO and Admin
Executive and above can /heal themselves. Commanders/Timeless can /heal others. This has always been here. This has never been removed.
I wouldn't bother listing all of the rank privileges every time. Just say that the rank your featuring has all of the previous commands.
