Well, I have it all downloaded up on my computer & I was going to work on it through my computer until it is working good, but it seems that most plugins I download are for 1.7.5 or below & the only one that will work so far is world edit. But I like your idea & will talk to my parents about it, thanks! @Xylanthrax

& I'm not that new I've owned about 10+ servers before, private to just friends but I have worked with my dad to update them an make new ones several times, including bukkit, modded & vanilla. @Xylanthrax

Essentials has a majority of the useful commands, and was updated by Spigot for 1.8 @ https://hub.spigotmc.org/jenkins/job/Spigot-Essentials/
