Hello Minetime, Skywars is very lacking right now, in features and players. We are considering doing a full revamp on the server, and we would like your suggestions to put into account if we do end up revamping Skywars. Some (but not all) features we are definitely considering already: -New spawn -New maps -Kits Please leave your suggestions, all will be taken into account if we reset the server!
I think something that added the ability to team in Skywars games would be cool, like either a separate portal or /team
Ohhhh Boy I've been waiting for this moment my whole life. Add in new "ranks" with special abilities, Players earn these "Ranks" by winning multiple skywards games. Each rank unlocks a new kit each time the level up. Almost like Infection. New maps. Hand built maps made by the staff team would be amazing, Not only would they be unique but players would get to see what the minetime builders can do, With custom built maps there Should be little "easter eggs" like a staff members head or something decently good named "Piles Blade" or "xBMANS Shovel" things like that. "Duels" in my opinion skywards can be a bit boring at times. So if two players would like to make it more interesting they can "Duel" each other in a match of skywars. Not only would this be a cool thing but it would make Skywars more unique. Also when a Duel is going on other players can watch and or sponsor players almost like hunger games. This ties in with a new ranking system (like I said earlier) higher ranking players would be able to face each other in skywars matches. Not only would this be fun to the other players but to people that aren't so "good" at skywars. This would give newer players a chance to fight other new players and not get totally obliterated by some high ranking member. I have loads of more suggestions for the skywars "revamp" but I will not put them all here if you would like to know them all just simply pm me and I will send you my full list #SkywarsREVAMP
This is an extreme bump, but here are some of the new features that will be featured in a future release: New maps built by build team + a brand new lobby. 9 in-game ranks that receive better kits. Reworked items in the shop. Donator kits. Leaderboards area in lobby (Score and Balance) Ability to view another player's stats. We're still looking for features and your feedback is greatly appreciated!
I think more elaborate maps would be fun. Not saying that the previous maps were bad, but they just seemed too easy to get from place to place.
I would like to mention that when Skywars comes back up, please do not allow it to accidentally tally any previous votes before release. I know, I know... it should go without saying, but no one needs that kind of headstart.
