UHC Survival Event

Hello Minetime,

A few months back, an OP PvP tournament event was held, and ever since, we’ve been wanting to hold more events on the Minetime network, and I’m sure the community has too. Well, I am here to present Minetime’s newest event - Ultra Hardcore (UHC)!

How it Works:

Players will randomly spawn in a vanilla survival world, and should immediately start collecting resources. This is different than normal survival - you’ll have to face the elements of the survival world and other players! The catch is - there’s no automatic health regeneration. You lose health, your health stays at that amount UNLESS you acquire golden apples or healing potions. To keep the game fast-paced, there will be a border closing in towards the center of the map as the game progresses. If you come in contact with the border, it will damage you severely and likely kill you. The last player remaining wins.

Rules:

1) The following modifications are prohibited: Flight, Speed, Xray, Regen. In addition, the anticheat we will be using will be sensitive, if you get kicked, it is your fault.
2) There shall be no "cross-teaming" or in any way teaming up with other solo players.

In addition to these rules, you are also required to obey by the rules outlined at www.minetime.com/rules. Players who commit infractions either against the server's rules or the tournament rules will be subject to punishment by the staff team.

Entering:

Any player can enter. However, we would like players to sign up beforehand so we know how many players to expect. Please sign up here.

Prizes:

The last player standing will be the winner of the UHC event, and they will receive a prize. They'll have a choice between multiple prizes:

1st Place - $30 Coupon Code for the Minetime Webstore + 3 Month Forums Premium.
2nd Place - Rank upgrade to next rank (Excluding Admin to Timeless, you will receive 2 extras packages instead).
3rd Place - 5x Exceptional Keys on EVERY server (Except Creative, which does not have crates) + 1 month Forums Premium.

If you finish in first place, you may choose to recieve the second or third place prize. If you get second, you can go with the third place prize if you want. If you get third, you will receive the third place prize (No choices).
Misc. Information:

-The world will have a diameter of 3,000 blocks.
- Staff will be monitoring the whole game, so don't try and get away with breaking a rule.
- Donator ranks are NOT loaded on this server - everyone has the default rank for this event.
- The event will be held on a server called "event."
- Any violation of the rules above will be immediate disqualification. If you get kicked for using a modification, that is your fault and will not be admitted back into the event.

The event will occur on Saturday, May 5th at 6 PM EST.
