Hey! I'm back with my reapplication. Before I get started with my application, I'd like to state why I am reapplying.

    1. I feel like I've been a much nicer person after a stretch of being not so nice.
    2. I resigned before because I lost interest in Minecraft. I did not resign because I did not want to be staff. Now that I am interested in Minecraft again, I feel like it makes sense for me to come back as staff as well.
This application might be short and sweet- if you want to see my extra introduction go to https://www.minetime.com/threads/hopsicless-helper-application.33320/ . Now let's get into my application.

    What is your in-game name?

My IGN is Hopsicles. I don't see myself ever changing it again.

My previous usernames are Hoppy74, Hopstar, iHops, Hopcorn, Hopular and nathancamm.

    What timezone are you in?

    My timezone is Eastern Standard.

What country do you live in?

I live in the United States.

    What languages do you speak?

I speak English, and nothing else.

    Do you have 2FA enabled?

    Yes, I am secure.

Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence?

Yes, I have QuickTime Player for videos and Command/Shift/4 + Imgur for screenshots. I also have a YouTube account for only things Minetime related.

Why do you think you should become a helper?

I have quite a few reasons why I think I should become a helper again. I will state them below.

I do my job. This is a problem I've noticed in a few of our current and past staff members- not going to say any names, but I've noticed it. They don't do their job correctly. They'll joke around with warns, ban reasons, etc. I never did that when I was staff. I banned players when they needed to be banned. I warned when they needed to be warned, muted when they needed to be muted, so on and so forth. And I didn't make any exceptions. People didn't really like that I wasn't so lenient- but is being lenient what a helper should be? No.

I know what I'm doing. When I first became a helper, I was having trouble knowing what to do. It took me probably two weeks to get into the hang of things- to know what punishments to give, how to use all the permissions (mostly on the forums), and more. Now, if I get accepted, I will know exactly what to do and get right back to my job. I know how to use all the multi-mods. I know how to do pretty much everything a helper is permitted to do on the forums and in-game. With a brand new helper being promoted, they won't know any of that and it'll take a little for them to adjust. I don't need to adjust.

I know A LOT about Minetime. I stated this in my first helper application. I can recall about anything from any time that went on in Minetime. I know about things that happened before I ever joined the server- because I spend a lot of time looking over old threads on the forums. This is a great quality to have in my opinion- maybe the most important one. If a player asks you about something that went on in the past at Minetime and you don't know the answer, that's not very good on your part. But I can almost always answer a question about Minetime's history.

I can be active on every server. Any of Minetime's servers I've had fun on at one point before- whether it be actually playing or just chatting. There's servers like Creative and OP PvP where there is rarely ever any staff online. If there needs to be staff on one of those servers, I'll be there without a problem.

I am a helpful and kind person. From February to April, I was extremely rude on the forums at times. And I'm so sorry for that. In the months of May and June, I have returned to being a great person on the forums and in-game. I realised that being negative wasn't going to get me anywhere, and it wouldn't help Minetime at all. Positivity is what helps the server. The span where I was being rude was not the real me. The May-June Nathan is the real me.
When I'm on Skyblock, I'll always be very kind to the new members asking for help. Sometimes I'll just give them my extra cobblestone because they need it and I don't. I know this has nothing to do with applying for staff- but it shows that I am a helpful, kind, generous and caring person.

All in all, becoming a helper again would be amazing. I've missed being on the staff team for a while now, and I think it's about time I return.

How long can you be active on the server each day?

I can be on Minetime for at least two hours every day. I check the forums at least ten times every day, and I could also (as I have done in the past) deal with player reports while I am away from my computer using the Minechat app for iOS.

How long have you been playing Minetime?

I am going on three years of playing on the Minetime server- I started Skyblock in summertime of 2014. I can't remember exactly when, but the last thing I remember is my sister and I playing Skyblock around then.

Have you ever been banned in the past?

No. I've never been banned or muted- only warned twice in my whole Minetime career for profanity in messages. I have also never been banned on the forums.

Do you have past experience as Helper?

Yes, I was Helper here at Minetime from August 30, 2016 until November 30, 2016 (three months total) when I resigned. I also frequently play a server similar to what Empires on Minetime was, which familiarizes me with all the staff permissions and how to use them.

I really am sorry for my past actions. I got mad. I wasn't happy with the way Minetime was going. And I showed my anger on the forums. I should've never done anything like that- it does nothing but harm my reputation.
I was always known as a really, really nice person on the forums and in-game. I feel like I've kind of ruined that reputation now. In February, March and April I was looked at as someone who gets mean every so often. And I don't want that. I have changed my ways back to how I was before I came back to the server and forums. To be a nice, helpful, easy-going person. I hope you all forgive me. I really do. <3

I really have no reason for improvements but to just interact with people on more of a nicer level. What I mean by that is by not insulting people when you talk to them. I seen comments that you left on people's threads and they were totally uncalled for. You also insulted the server & the owners countless times. I've also seen you involved with a lot of drama with staff members. Even though things are true, you shouldn't say everything. No I'm not trying to start any drama, I'm just stating my opinion. I like the way you've been a staff member before but I would like for you to interact with people better. I wish you the best of luck! :)

Thank you. I said how I am trying to change, and I feel like I have changed in the last few weeks. Those kind of things aren't going to come up again.

This might sound mean and don't take this the wrong way but I don't want you to "try" to be nice, I want you to BE nice. I don't want you to "try" to change, I want you to change. Even as a normal member, you should treat everyone the way you want to be treated.

    Neutral.

    • You're rude on the forums (read my summary at the bottom)
    • You have insulted other players in the past
Honestly, I don't know what else to say. I'd like to point out what you said in the ' I am kind and helpful in-game '. (" When I am mean on the forums, it is likely that I am in the middle of some drama in real life and I don't even think about being a nice person on the forums. " ). You can't put your anger on somebody else, that hasn't done anything to you in any way. Regardless of that, I stick with Neutral for now.

    Good luck!

    ?
Like I've said before, I feel like I've changed on the forums and I'm not showing anger there anymore. I also was never that rude to other players. I only showed some anger towards Cypriot, which I have stopped doing. But thank you anyways!

You did (in my opinion) a good job as a Helper, and I'd think I'd see it again. I'm going with a full support.

    lol

Neutral atm. I didn't like how you closed your previous application because of the negativity you were getting, I think it would have been better to accept it and use it to move on. I do get that ''desperate'' (sorry if this sounds harsh) vibe, although you are a chill guy to talk to, and when you were a helper I feel like you did your job well.

Neutral, leaning more towards support. I feel as if you're getting better and friendlier to people, which is nice. However, in my opinion, I feel like a lot of your application is mentioning that you were previously staff and it's coming a bit redundant. There is a section in the application that says "Do you have past experience as helper?", and I think that is where you should continuously mention your past experience. Also, from your recent last helper application, I got the vibe that you can't take criticism. I feel like a staff member should be able to take all sorts of criticism in a mature and calm way, which isn't how you dealt with it.

In the end, you're still just someone on here trying to get helper. I don't think you would do a terrible job, and I know you did a great job before. That's where the "leaning towards support" comes from.

I think you've joked around a couple times with warning me then unwarning me. However, I could be wrong lol who knows my memory at this point.

Thank you, I completely understand. I know I do mention myself being staff a lot, but in my opinion, what am I supposed to do- say how I really want to be helper? I feel like the fact that I was helper not too long ago changes my approach to my application.
And no, I don't think I ever warned you jokingly.

Thank you. I closed my last one because it seemed like NOBODY wanted me back as helper, and I think that some people might want me back now.
    Alright, thanks anyway.
    Thank you! :)

Not to offend, but do we really need any more staff? I mean the server has an average of 100 people on average.
