Getting a good theme isn't free, therefore a lot of effort has to go into choosing one that is right. For the people who complain(ed) about the theme being too bright, why don't we ban white from being allowed as a colour at all? Side note: Google's home page is white. Go yell at them.

I am not/cannot apply for helper, I'm trying to point something out that seems I have gotten wrong. I cannot even apply for any staff member spot because I have been banned already. Sure, that's fine just automatically assume that because I'm thinking it takes a while to change it I'm defending Minetime and that I'm applying for helper? Minetime has far bigger priorities than changing the forums theme, they still need to reset a few more servers and infection is still down. Changing the theme is probably the least of their worries.
