Can we have the old minetime?

    can the server downgrade to 1.7.6 or maybe 1.7.9 we need to use our clients.
    i find you guys very sarcastic,because you guys say hack client is allowed ,but all the good hack clients under 1.8 so you guys update it to 1.8 just because of people complaining of op hack client? wow.........

    We do listen to our player's feedback and suggestions and we will add your ideas if we think they would be a good addition, but we will most likely not downgrade the server for just players to use modified clients. Yes, they're allowed, but it is somewhat unfair to the players that do not us modified clients and just want to experience the server without them.

    Modified clients are allowed. However, minetime does not revolve around the good clients, the good clients revolve around minetime. We do anything to help the server, not hacked clients. They're only allowed because they're easy for anyone to install and it would be unfair if some people did and some people didn't use them. So we allow anyone to use them to make it fair.

    Why would we downgrade just so people can use more modified clients? I actually want a few of the servers upgraded to 1.8 (Skyblock, PvPFest)

    The server will not be downgraded. If anything, more servers will convert to 1.8. Tough Luck o_O.

    It's the hacking client developer's fault...not Minetime.

    Maybe you could make your own 1.8 client

    The rules specifically state that you are allowed to use hacked clients but Minetime will not adapt to your specific client's requirements.
