Some of the mods are really acting like straight up nazis. I mean srsly. I'm not going to name any names but we all know who we are talking about. I got warning for talking to my buddy in /w... like it effects anyone else what im telling my friend. lmfao just sayin that everyone who played before mods likes it better.
WITH ALL DUE RESPECT: I am just going to throw my opinion out there. This serve requires, I am sure, a tremendous effort to be ran and maintained. The moderators may act harshly, but some of the stuff they do are for the server's benefit and the grand scheme of things. Please do appreciate that. Even the staff may seem mean and harsh on the surface, they do so FOR YOUR CONCERN. If you fail to appreciate that, please go try starting and maintaining your own server. Also, your liberty and freedom are not your natural right if you choose to use that freedom to affect and try to ruin other's freedom to use and enjoy this server.
I was the one that warned and muted you. I will admit I did warn you for swearing several times in /msg, but I did not mute you for swearing in message. I muted you for 5 minute once you had 4 warnings for language, one of which being in /msg, and another warning for disrespect. After your 5 minute mute you received an hour mute due to the fact that after all the warnings, one kick for a final warning, and a 5 minute mute you continued to break the rule "No profanity in chat." I didn't mute you once you said it in /msg I muted you once you said it in chat.
So, you're essentially saying that you liked it better before the rules were strictly enforced. I find that disturbing, though I guess understandable, because in order to actually like our rules you have to be a decent human being that actually respects others. Honestly, if you're comparing rule enforcement on a server to Nazi Germany then you may want to try actually reading a history book. Well, we have rules, it's been a while since there were enough staff to really enforce them, but that technically doesn't mean that you were allowed to break them. Theoretically, nothing has changed. If you cannot play by the server rules, then you are fully welcome to leave. If you choose not to leave then you are bound by the rules and really have no right to complain about any punishments received for breaking them.

As you should have been, you've been around long enough to know the rules. Also, knowing you, no offense meant, but there's a good chance that you actually had been warned in the recent past and just chose to disregard it. It's also possible that this was before we added the plugin that lets us /warn.
I had just got on and died, so to express my anger I said "fk". I don't disregard staff warnings, I collect them. Then I make a stalker room filled screenshots of staff warnings. It makes me feel so hungry. It's also possible that Drowninpizza knows the command "/msg".
